We like to call Anytime Zucchini & Peppers the ‘Missing Ingredient.’ Add this relish to your cooking anytime – add to pasta; great as a pizza topping; as a filling to chicken breasts (slice the chicken breasts open down the side and add a forkful of Zucchini & Peppers into the breast along with feta or mozzarella cheese, close and wrap with Parma ham / bacon and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes in a tinfoil parcel. Add even more flavour to your dish with a few spoons of Pauli’s Tomali drizzled on top of each chicken breast before sealing the tinfoil bag.
Another simple way to use this relish is to add it to a salad – use the extra virgin olive oil in the bottle as a dressing and throw in the zucchini & peppers to add robust flavours to your salad (toss together with baby tomatoes, feta, sunflower seeds and lettuce, etc.)
In a hurry and need a quick snack? Layer Anytime Zucchini & Peppers on a slice of bread, rye vita or cracker, add cream cheese and anchovies and there you have lunch on the go.
