Brinjali is a delicious sauce with ancient Eastern health giving ingredients. It is so good eaten with bread and cheese; or eaten with scrambled eggs or in a wrap (mix with a bit of plain yoghurt or mayo). This sauce is super versatile and brings together a delicious blend of Brinjals, turmeric, fresh ginger and garlic - slow cooked for you.

This sauce is also delicious cooked with fish – add a few tablespoons to a piece of salmon, add a few forkfuls of Pauli’s Anytime Brinjal & Peppers, seal together in a tinfoil parcel and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Easy, gourmet-style and healthy!
For a simple Sunday breakfast – add this to an omelette (before folding the omelette), add mature cheddar – absolutely divine!
